Can we buy single parts like racks from you?

We sell whole carcasses or 5 lb packs of ground only. If we were to sell a restaurant 20 packages of shanks, for example, we would have to slaughter 10 lambs. Then we would have to sell all of the parts of those lambs before we could supply another 20 packages of shanks. This isn't feasable for a local farm or abattoir to do, so we can only sell the whole carcass or alternatively 5 lb packs of ground.
