Yes. We will take around 20 to the slaughterhouse and you can pick the one you prefer from the group. This generally takes place Wednesday mornings at 8:00 and must be arranged ahead of time, by Friday of the previous week.
No. The lambs need to chill before they can be released from the abattoir. They must be picked up Thursday morning at 8:30, when we unload the cooler and load for our deliveries to town.
Yes, this can be arranged through one of the butchers we deal with, and must be organized ahead of time, as the butchers are often booked up.
